By accessing and using the cloud360network website and purchasing products from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (ToS), all applicable laws, and regulations. If you disagree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

3. Payment and Refund Policy
NO REFUND/CASH BACK ON DIGITAL SERVICES: For any related digital services, hosting, or SEO campaigns purchased, no refund or cash back will be granted after a deposit or payment has been completed.
Chargebacks/Disputes: You agree that you will not file a dispute or a chargeback against us for any reason related to a deposit for digital services. If you file a dispute, we reserve the right to terminate all future orders and ban you from our site.
Free Balance / Coupons: We reserve the right to review and deduct any Free Balance or Coupon amount if we determine misuse. If this deduction results in a negative account balance, your account will be automatically suspended.
4. Product Ownership, Warranty, and Backups
Product Ownership: You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership of any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products remain the property of cloud360network.
NO Warranty: Our physical and digital products are provided "as is" without warranty or guarantee of any kind, either expressed or implied, beyond any manufacturer's warranty. We do not guarantee that products modified by third-party plugins or modules will work correctly.
Data Responsibility (Hosting/Digital Clients): If you utilize any of our hosting or digital services, you are fully responsible for all your backups. While we may keep backups, we are not responsible for any data loss.
5. Support Limitations
Our support is designed to assist with purchases, shipping, and product issues. We have the following limitations for technical assistance:
Support Time: We do not provide emergency support or guarantee immediate response times. Support may take some hours.
No Webmaster Help: We do not offer any support for webmaster-related issues or difficulty, including coding, script installs, or error solving within your own hosted environment.
6. Affiliate and Third-Party Seller Policy
SEO Service Delivery: If you are an affiliate or seller on platforms like Fiverr or Seo clerks using our SEO services, we do NOT guarantee full campaign delivery within 24 hours or any specific time frame. You use these services at your own risk and we will not be held liable for any loss of funds or negative reviews due to late delivery.
7. Modifications to Terms of Service
We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these ToS by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
